ASICS GEL-Kinetic 2.0 revisits early 2010s performance running and shifts it into a daily uniform. The Clay Grey/Black palette keeps the layered upper clean and technical, with open mesh for airflow and synthetic leather panels that add structure without heavy stitching. Welded overlays and defined eyelets give the shoe a precise, engineered feel, while at least 20% recycled synthetic leather reflects ASICS’ move toward updated materials.

Underfoot, Scutoid GEL cushioning is placed in both heel and forefoot, using a 3D structure to soften impact across everyday movement. FF BLAST PLUS foam runs through the midsole for a light, cushioned step with a subtle rebound, supported by a TRUSSTIC system through the midfoot to keep the platform stable. A durable rubber outsole is built for city surfaces, and the classic lace-up construction keeps the fit secure. Drawn from archived GEL-KINETIC and GEL-FLUENT runners, this version is made for commuting, long walks and full days out, working easily with technical trousers or relaxed denim.
